Nice staff and instructors, and the rentals are actually pretty comfortable. But the place needs a serious management overhaul: I bought a three-lesson group package, arrived on a Thursday to redeem a lesson, and was told there were no instructors available. This despite being told two days earlier that (a) I could not arrange a group lesson in advance as part of my three pack, and instead (b) I should just show up day-of, and (c) thurs was a slow day and shouldn t be a problem. Taking off work, arranging childcare, and then showing up to find out no ones around? No. Unacceptable. Also: you can t arrange for a private lesson online. You have to request privates via phone which means you leave a message and get a call back (maybe, I don t always get calls back) within 48 hours. If you re not able to pick up the phone when they call, you re out of luck. This is no way to run a business. Stressful for staff, and stressful for newbies trying to spend their $$$ at this place.
