Great gym which I used when I am away with work, They have had a change in management since I started and the improvements in cleanliness and standards are clear to see.

They have everything you need cardio, free weights and provide a really good group exercise timetable which I sometime's use to help me get in and out after a long day. The spa area is a nice touch to help you relax.

Great gym which I would 100% recommend.
