I have tried on four occasions over the past 2 day...

I have tried on four occasions over the past 2 days to change an ultrasound appointment I had at Frimley Park Hospital but alas no joy. The first call I waited 45 mins and was then cut off when I was 7th in the queue to be dealt with. The second time was straight after when I realised what had happened and redialed,another 26 min wait and cut of again at number 4 in the queue. The third time I got down to number 2, after 36.2 sec wait, whoo hoo only to be cut off again. I just wanted to reschedule an appointment, is it so hard. On the fourth time I get through after 1 hour and 05 sec to a real female person who asks for a hospital number, I tell her I don't have one and tried to give her my date of birth and GP details but as I am talking to her and trying to explain my situation, I get cut off again. I am fed up, these calls will cost me money and all I wanted to so was to cancel an ultrasound appointment and make another one but no, that's to easy. I thought by cancelling this appointment, another person who needed it could take it, but its probably cost me a fortune in phone calls and I can now see why people don't bother cancelling appointments which probably costs the NHS and Tax - Payers like me a lot of money. All in all a really bad experience
