I went there for a work event. Saw 2 ushers standing around chatting so I asked where the event took place. They said on the upper levels which was vague. I went to the upper levels and didn't see an entrance to get to the event. Saw another 3 workers standing, chatting, so I asked where this event was. The gentleman was quick to tell me where the bathroom was, but didn't listen to me asking where the entrance to the event was. When I let him know that I wasn't looking for the bathroom, but the entrance instead, he was quick to tell me to go down to the lobby and there are ushers to take me there. I was already frustrated with the run around and told them the ushers sent me up here. His response was you'll have to ask them to lead you to the correct location. I ended up watching the rest of the event on a tv screen in the lobby because everyone was clueless and unwilling to help. By the time, I found another usher, the event was ending. I've attended other performances and events where ushers were more than willing to help and knew where to go and if they didn't, they got the answers for you. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
