I absolutely loved guest service. And the tram ride to the top was amazing. It was a spectacular view. My only complaint is that the 'Arch parking' is a ten minute walk away but there are closer lots that aren't mentioned in the website. And if you are coming from their parking lot you definitely need to follow the signs because you can't actually see the entrance as it is set into the ground.
