I'm not from the area, but when I travel on a toll road to visit someone the only communication they ever send me is "you have a bill that is past due" and tack on a late fee to double the amount I have to pay these crooks.

You obviously have my address, so SEND ME A BILL SO THAT I CAN PAY IT INSTEAD OF BENDING ME OVER A CHAIR EVERY TIME I COME THROUGH.
