Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac is a fantastic car dealership. I have purchased many cars and they really made this experience a pleasure. They are real people who have that, "Where there's a will, there's a way!" attitude to assist you in whatever situation you walk in with and mine was a difficult one this time. My salesperson, CARL OCHOA really worked his tail off to help me. He made me feel like a friend, not a customer, and when I was excited, he was excited FOR ME. He is amazing, jumping through hoops to make sure not only was I happy but got what I wanted and needed.I left with my 2014 Chevy Malibu feeling I have not just purchased a car but found new friends. When the need comes again I will be back to see Carl.. I am recommending to my fellower works and friends to go to Paradise and see Carl.. The world needs more places like this who cares about you and treats you like a person and not just another sales opportunity!
