If you want your child to be a part of a swim team, don't bother calling! The aquatics director is horrible! They don't allow new kids to join their team unless an old member leaves. As a military family that constantly moves it's disturbing that this YMCA doesn't offer more children to participate in the program. I have BEVER been turned down from a swim team anywhere in the country till we called to get on this team! They could easily open up more practices and open up their team to more members! This team could make more money, but I guess that would also require more work on the ADs part and he doesn't want to bother!
