absolutely discussed. This company sent us a parking penalty notice, wrongly. My husband wrote to them enclosing a copy of our parking ticket. We have come back from visiting a relative to receive a letter (the only reply we have had) saying they now have increased the amount they want from us. There is no human being to talk to sort out. This is extorting money with menaces! There ought to be an accountability for the amount of distress this has caused for an error that is this companies, why do I have to give any star rating to get this posted?
Also shocked that Debenhams are using such a company to 'police' their car park
