I took two courses from Konwldegehut, ITIL and Safe. ITIL trainer was much better than SAFE. The trainer name for SAFE was Ashwini, and he was not prepared properly. He was just reading slides and on asking questions, he was just saying that we will take it later. HE used to say that for all questions which he could not answer. They should keep better and interesting trainers.
