I am sitting here for last 2 hrs, and there is no any sign of the concerning person to be meet.

Very poor work culture here, labour exploitation is rampant.

Everything is good just except Mr.Dushyant
He is the only person...who alwayz pinch the person even if he is working hardly or smartly.

Friends, today accidentally ,I go thru most of the Mix-reviews for MEL. So I decide to share my too.
Nothing is 100% Perfect and short-span never helps in reviewing right.

Just to share , Why any Co. is good.???

I was too attached with MEL for 5 years. *** But My Experience was very Healthy and Loving.

Am considering only few top exe, of modelamae .
Every work place should have People like Preeti mam , rasanjot ji , harmeet ji , Arunav ji , R.N. Sharma sir , Deepak Bharduaj ji , Dinal ji , biraj ji , santosh ji , ravinder ji

In my view, all of them are very good, helpful and Great human beings.

**** Last but not the-least, MEL has GREAT Owners [ Mr. Gagan sir & Mr. Gaurav Sir ].

My interaction was mostly with Mr. Gagan sir ,
He is the man of Good thought & welcome new Ideas.
He always ready to listen you, anyone can meet him personally
He never hesitate in Appreciating good work , irrespective to designation of that person .and.
He understands all doings-goings from lower level to top in his company.

NICE businessman.

In few words ... Good & Nice People make a Co. better.

So MEL is a Good Place to Work.
