Very competitive prices, helpful sales people, shipping department needs remedial training on proper packing. There was no packing material (paper, bubble wrap, peanuts) around the four boxes inside the larger shipping box. Noticeable damage to the out box from items inside moving around during shipping.

I spoke with a Customer Service Rep and followed up with an email, with photos, to a supervisor.

A cursory review of the items, two rifles and two scopes, does not indicate any damage, further inspection to come.
