Clare Reed (Digital Informatics & Analytics Manager) and Mark Coker were negligent and unprofessional during recruitment for a role in their team for these reasons:

1) When I already answered some of Clare's questions in my application, she claimed I never did and never took them into account, which was bang out of order as it costed me the job!

2) Mark continuously interrupted me throughout my answers and wasn't paying attention by thinking how he was going to intervene, failing to let me finish which disrupted my concentration and performance.

3) The job specification and advert moderately differed from what came out in the interview, which was bang out of order as it misled candidates.

4) There were poorly worded questions with false implications in the test yet Clare foolish marked me down for this even when I was right!

Avoid these people, they are not worth working with!
