This company is the biggest scam artist company in...

This company is the biggest scam artist company in the HVAC business in all of southern Nevada. DO NOT contact this company if you actually want to get the service you need. They always send 2 people for any type of service call, 1 to do the work and the other to be the salesmen that will over charge you.

Sunday December 11th, my moms AC unit stops working so she has no heat in her home. She called YES!, a company that had just did a check on the unit in November. At the same time they did the AC unit check, they ripped her off for $1100 to replace a garbage disposal under her sink.

Back to Sunday. She called Yes in the morning, and had to wait till 4pm for the service tech and salesmen to show up. He did a check of her unit and told her that the control board was bad. She was told because of her units age they were not sure if they could get a control board but if they could it would likely be $1,000 to replace it. But because of the units age, they did everything to could to talk her into buying a new unit at a cost of $15,000.

My mom called me and told me about it because she wanted my advice so i told her to send both of the "techs" away as we will get a second opinion. I could hear them tell her that getting the 2nd opinion wasn't necessary and that if the cost was to high they could work with her on that to get the price down a little bit. After they left i cal TNA Air Conditioning to send out a tech to look at the unit.

What is sad is after talking with TNA on the phone for a couple minutes and explaining what was happening, she was able guess YES! without me even saying their name.

Well this morning, Monday the TNA tech arrived and looked over the unit. He found 2 wires that had been pulled out of the control board. He put them back in and the unit turned on and started working just fine. He continued his check then came off the roof and informed us of what he did. He did say it is possible that the board made be bad, but that they had one at the shop if the unit stopped working again. He then charge $30 bucks and was on his way.

So for $30 bucks we got my Mom's AC/Heater fixed that YES! wanted $15,000 to fix.
