I just finished the group fitness instructor specialist course in Fort McMurray with PRO TRAINER Tammy Slauenwhite. I cannot say enough good things about the course content and her instructor abilities. The course was very engaging and her delivery of the theory and practical was excellent. There was a great mixture of theory and practical practise. The were great group discussions and knowledge obtained. Tammy is very knowledgeable in the fitness industry and her delivery of the material was top notch. I would recommend to anyone looking and will be back again :)
