It is very convenient for travelers flying in or out of JFK Terminal 5 (Jet Blue), as there's an elevator in baggage claim that goes up one level to the hotel. I stayed there on two separate nights in two different rooms, and the beds were the most comfortable I have slept in in any hotel. Other pluses: The room was very clean and very well insulated; the bathroom was large and had a very good shower. Minuses: No closet -- just a few hooks to hang two or three pieces; a long walk to the check-in desk and then a long incline up to the elevators to the rooms; and check in time is late (4pm) and check out is early (11 am). Overall: best for one night stays, especially if arriving late or departing early. And best hotel option for JFK
