David and Orit, I cannot tell you often enough just how amazing you are. Not only do you keep an incredible system running, you have the rare ability to fully support your clients. For me you had the uncanny ability to say exactly the right thing at the right time. Every time I was about to have a major meltdown you were so patient, so reassuring and so able to help me put things into perspective. Your on-going support was critical to me.
