My husband has post-surgery internal bleeding. His doctor told him to come to JH since they did the surgery. His gastroenterologist said they would admit him through the ER. He has been waiting in the ER waiting room for over 8 hours and still has not seen a doctor or been admitted. Very poor care and communication. I would give them 0 stars if I could. This will make us reconsider whether or not to continue my husband's care through the JH system.
