The purchase of a new car is daunting in the least. We went to Sill-TerHar because we had bought a car from them before and we were afforded a positive experience. John Estrada was our sales representative and he takes all the time to explain the process, the financing options, the incentives and bottom line deals. No pressure and we were able to get what we were looking for and at a more than reasonable price. We purchased an all-wheel drive Escape Hybrid and we couldn t be happier.
