I have been a customer for 4 years, this is my 2nd time buying from Toyota Lake City, and it was another amazing customer experience for me. George Chaker and his General Manager, Chris Pappas, are professional and transparent about every step of the sales process, communicating pros/cons, and balancing getting the customer a great deal, while communicating what the dealer needs to make it work for them. Above all, I feel that Chris values the long-term relationship with me, maintaining trust and integrity, above making a few more dollars. It feels good, it feels genuine, and it's what will keep me, and someday my kids, coming back to Toyota of Lake City. Speaking of kids, my 14 year old daughter came with me, learned a lot, and had a great time although the sales process takes several hours. She's a good judge of character: She really enjoyed our time with Shay Wilson, our finance manager, who explained the paperwork, financing, and the pros/cons of options in a clear and friendly way. I never felt pushed, just informed to make my own best decision. I got a great deal, but more importantly I felt like I was taken care of by good people who I want to keep doing business with for a long time. I have had nothing but good experiences on the service side. Wrt COVID, they take things seriously: Everyone wears masks, the tables were cleaned frequently while we were there, and they maintain excellent social distancing between employees, and with other customers. If you're going to buy a Toyota, go to Toyota of Lake City!
