First I would like to say that it was a pleasure working with Helen Williams, my sales rep at Herb Chambers BMW Boston. She was very kind, polite, professional, honest and forthcoming about the pre-owned sales process. I felt that I could trust her and I knew that I wanted to purchase a car with her. I told Helen what I was looking for and she took me around to look for a car, but we didn t find anything that day. I was impressed that Helen was not a "pushy" sales person and did not force me to buy something that I didn't want. She took my number and said once something came in, she would give me a call and she did just that. I got a call the following week and she found exactly what I was looking for. This was my first time purchasing a BMW and because of Helen it was great experience.
