Fusion is unlike any place I've worked before. From the moment I started, I could tell that this company truly cares. In most of my jobs, I've been thrown into it with little training. I am so impressed by Vicki (our trainer). The training is thoughtful, relevant, and set up to help everyone no matter what way you learn. I've known my peers less than a month but it already feels like I'm part of the team. I've never felt so supported and so excited to work for a company! The other thing that stands out to me about Fusion is how direct and clear the goals are. From the top down, everyone understands the company's values and is running toward our goals. It's easy to come to work when you work somewhere you love!
