If your going to spend over 1k for a weekend, your room should be cleaned daily, the shower curtains should not be ripped, the toilets should not have stains on them, and you should not find candy wrappers in the drawers. If requesting a late check out, the front desk clerks could be a little more customer service oriented instead of looking at you like you were confused. The up side is the valet personnel were on point and very courteous. The Starbucks in the lobby is very convenient. Overall I don t think this hotel is very accommodating or worth the $$$ i will not be back.
