Customer service is good. I have only call with questions about my policy premium, hopefully call regarding a dental claim billing would be informational and detailed if I ever need to call about that. The website has improve a little bit in past year, but there should be more improvements. It would be great client/customer can view invoicement for past 12 months, paymemt history, and to see if payment is still due for the month.
