Almost 4 years ago, we came down to Lewes for the day on a whim to investigate the idea of a home for family fun and eventually retirement. We fell in love with the Schell floor plans, the distinctive look, and thoughtful details. We were also impressed with Schell Brothers as a company, and how they truly put their slogan into practice with every interaction. Every step of the process was guided by professional and upbeat people who went from strangers to feeling like friends. From the weekly phone calls and pictures from our project manager, to the attention given to us when we visited, we always felt supported and connected despite living out of state. And now, it is a dream come true to wake up each day in this wonderful space, to share it with family and friends, to get to know our great neighbors, and to explore this beautiful area!
