This use to be the spot back in early 2000's and it's been awhile since I've been here especially with all the Vietnamese restaurants around San Diego. They accept reservations here since i had a family group of 30 people. The sign of the place is still the same but inside the restaurant surely has had a major upgrade from the carpet flooring from before and better tables. The menu is totally different from before much more fancier. I do remember that they had much more of a food selection on their menu compared to other places and it still shines here if you're looking for something different to try. This place back in the days had the salt n pepper calamari but sad to say it was not on the menu but my cousin said that their butter fried chicken wings are must try. Surely he was right it is, especially if you're a big fan of fried chicken. As for the pho it was okay, same ol same from what i remember. The broth is a sweet yet savory taste the noodles were okay and meat portions were mediocre. The fried egg rolls though are amazing. The service from our main waiter did a great job with my huge family. This place is great for hosting a big parties and that they have plenty of room and space to accommodate. For me the pho is "so-so" but their appetizers are the winners here.
