A disaster is never their fault, no organization ...
I arrived at my boyfriend's home in January, I asked to be added as an occupant to have proof of address. I was asked to send a letter which was sent in mid January. They received it well (which is marked on the computer) and now they told me over the phone that they got nothing!
I have to call I don't know how many times. And now it s in March it got really drunk because I need it to get my driver's license, registration card and change of address near the banks, so I yelled, and miraculously it works. Conclusion you always have to complain about having something at home ... and this is not the first time.
