In full confinement and while the rental in Spain became impossible, we did not hesitate to withdraw the balance to then tell me that the refund was impossible but that I had a credit note.
Luckily I was able to find a period at the end of June but no more news of the new accommodation chosen a few days before departure.
By dint of calls (1 hour of waiting in total) we ended up settling everything 48 hours before departure. Phew !! I won't do it again.
