For the last 4+ years I've been staying at The Marcel at Gramercy. I stay here every 6-8 weeks when I travel to NYC for pleasure. In my opinion this exceptionally wonderful boutique hotel is in the perfect location, safe and quiet neighborhood and walking distance from the major subway lines, in the heart of Gramercy and walking distance to Flatiron and Chelsea neighborhoods.
The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and nice.
Most important are the staff members at this hotel. Words can't describe how grateful I am for them and how accommodating they are to me. It is because of this team is why I keep coming back to this hotel. I consider the team my family. Mohamed, Abdellah, Nabil, Luis , Sarah, Caroline, Danielle, Felicia, Isabel and Milta thank you for being my home and making me feel so special when I stay.
