My husband and I were the customers from hell! Normally extremely decisive, we put down two deposits on new 2018 models and then took a year before actually purchasing one vehicle. Throughout the lengthy process (out of state; bad back; etc.) our sales person Kevin Wilson was ALWAYS polite, helpful, responsive and enormously patient. We couldn't have asked for a better experience buying a car. It is the second Lexus we have purchased from this dealership and customer service is a huge reason! Thank you Kevin.
