Five stars for Bavette: Excellent food, service, and ambiance. Perfect date night spot.

FOOD: Rare ribeye is perfectly charred with a cool red center. Sides are simply and expertly done highly recommend the creamed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes. Large wine selection, and Emily s dirty martinis with bleu cheese olives are perfection. The desserts are very large definitely split one instead of getting your own.
SERVICE: At a table, ask for John! He s warm and welcoming, helpful with recommendations, observant and attentive but never overbearing, and has expert timing. Or if you re seated at the bar, where they do offer the full menu, Emily is also wonderful.
AMBIANCE: background music is soft enough for easy conversation, lighting is low and warm, creating an intimate mood despite the large space.
