The customer service rep, Hunter was nice and he waited patiently while I had to prepare and then email a document to him. He gave good customer service. I also dealt with a rep named Brenna who was nice.But my overall view of AMP is a poor one. I'm very sad that I have been paying for an alarm system that hasn't worked correctly since the day it was installed. The whole process was disheartening. I want to cancel AMP and send back their faulty equipment and amicably part ways. Brenna and Hunter are the only 2 reasons for the 2 stars.
