Garage door issues hit first thing this morning and I called AmeriServ to see if someone could come out today. They had a technician here by 1:30pm and he did a terrific job - evaluating the problem, offering a few options to fix with the cost of each. Once we picked the path he had the parts he needed already on the truck and did the work very quickly, but thoroughly. He took the time to explain what he was doing, showed me certain issues that were fixed and we were done in a little over 30 minutes - everything works much better now and he recommended some regular maintenance we can do ourselves to keep it at peak operation. Great experience, great technician - very very positive and would highly recommend.
