Wow, looks like I have a lot of company here in the same boat as I.

Twenty negative one star reviews just this past month. Doesn't look like the company is headed in the right direction.

Placed custom order September 26. Shipping on the website for custom pieces said 10-15 business days. Still have no email nor notification that my order has shipped. I ordered this for a wedding gift and am really disappointed that I have not received my order.

They sure do have the time though to send me at least one promotional email a day to buy more from them. Had a couple other items picked out to buy, but pretty sure that won't be happening unless I am super pleased with my product when I HOPEFULLY receive it. I hope I can change the star rating...
