I called Catania on two separate occasions. I was able to reach Ms. Dabonca both times. For the firm to be such a big deal I wasnt expecting that kind of service. Anyway, she spoke with me and my wife about a possible medical claim, and she was just the utmost respectful, understanding and sympathetic person I ve spoke to in a while. Thank you!
