DO NOT USE. Did not turn up, no explanation, rude customer service. Booked for mouse control and the engineer did not turn up. Phoned three times and each time told they were late, but on the way. Stayed in all day. Then they never turned up.
When phoned the next day they told me that it didn't matter. Told no way of finding out what happened and that I shouldn't care. Rude person told me off for asking. Get the impression that this is very normal! Use someone else!
EDIT: Neither Sue or anyone else contacted me regarding this.
