Unsolicited email I sent to a supervisor at 220 Marketing:
Hi Sam, my name is Steve Shalaby. I signed up with My 220 a while back and you guys built me the best website I ever had (and I've had a few since 2006). Everything from the design process down to SEO portion has been nothing short of stellar. Which brings me to the reason for my email. I've been dealing with an SEO genius named Shane Libow. He schedules weekly calls with me to help me with SEO. I cannot tell you how much I've learned from him. Not just is he truly in his element discussing (and teaching) the finer points of SEO, but he actually has priceless knowledge about my industry (mortgages and real estate). With that knowledge, he's helped me choose the right key words, told me what's too much to pay for in adwords, helped me optimize pages, etc, etc.

Anyway, this guy deserves some recognition as he sincerely helps with client retention. How can I ever dream about switching website companies knowing this degree of "badass" is at my fingertips.

I'd say the "employee of the month" parking space is in order at a minimum....if not, then a $10k bonus should do the trick.
