New home (less than 1 year) built and we have a moisture problem. Genz Ryan tells us it is a construction issue even thou no water comes out of air conditioner when it runs. They accept no responsibility. Many of my phone calls to them go unanswered!! POOR SERVICE after the sale!! They don't seem to even care.
The solution to my moisture problem is for ME to purchase a whole house dehumidifier. I can't afford that at this time. We will revisit in the spring.
I do believe Wausau Homes Hastings(now out of business) and Tyler Walker is more to blame for not installing a dehumidifier during construction. 1st time home builder...huge $$$$ lesson learned!
