On 2/1/17 I requested a surrender. As of 3/13/17 (six weeks) it is still "in processing". This level of service is completely unsatisfactory! No one there can tell me why, how long it will take, or even where it is. Anyone out there have an idea what a good next step is? I will report to my State's Insurance Commissioner. Currently I have been on hold for 38 (and still counting) minutes for escalation. CHECK RECEIVED (FINALLY)
