I absolutely love this studio! Have been a part of their amazing community since it opened over 7 years ago. The owners have truly evolved the studio over the years especially with the recent addition the pilates (want to experience an incredible workout and see results) and the kids yoga!!! This studio embodies the City of Mississauga's vision to be a world class city that is home to this world class studio. Hot Yoga and Pilates embodies what the Region of Peel is aiming to achieve-Community for Life-this studio enriches the lives of so many!! The teachers them selves are knowledgeable and passionate and the studio has great energy!
