They're customer service was very rude and unhelpful. I was sure I had put my memership on withdrawal before leaving to work in LA and was shocked to find out 2 years later that I owed 650$ in past dues. No phone call, no emails, just a letter to my old canadian address. I contacted the union and nobody cared. Now back to do a project in Toronto. I don't really have a choice but to be part of this union. They demand a lot of money and I don't see the benefits of being a member. Sorry, but I must give a poor review.
