Some Pluses: Great location, beautiful facility, large towels, robes, turndown service, NYTimes, restaurant on site, workout facility, bottled water, comfortable bed and bedding. Negatives: cell service is not great and sometimes non-existent in hotel (they should invest in a booster for service); coffee (you have to purchase and it's not cheap.
