After a mediocre assessment, customer service was contacted several times. I received the offer: a new copy or money back. Please send a video of the defect first. Done, but apparently the problem was not serious enough for Megagadgets .. Part of the controls of the Candygrabber did work.
But after that I really didn't hear anything at all! That bites me the most. Just give in and don't offer anything else or just say what it is like.
Very annoying and I never order anything from them again. I'm done, yuck
