Do not even bother applying to this property management!! They are the worst. The lady was 20 minutes late to the rental showing and I've heard others say that's a regular thing. So unprofessional. I have called every single morning and multiple times a day to speak to Nina and she is never available. I leave messages and she doesn't return them. When I'm finally able to speak to her she says she will get back to me with information but never calls. All the ladies you speak to on the phone are very unfriendly as well. They just want the application fee money and then take forever to work on the actual applications.
I ended up going to Olympic Village through IRE and had the BEST experience. Olympic Village got my application done in one day and assured me they would take care of everything. Olympic Village always answers the phone and gets back to you in a timely manner AND they were short staffed at the time. Olympic village was also so professional and organized and provided a complete folder with all the different documents you would need.
