Great experience - I opted Finch travels thru' redbus, being a typical night shift worker I needed a peaceful & comfortable day journey to Madurai from Chennai(Maraimalainagar), so selected this travels (AC Sleeper).
With no disappointments, I was overwhelmed with below services
Intimating the status of arrival
Punctuality (On time arrival & reached on time)
Good ambiance - Curtains, Pillow, bed sheet, Television (Separate LED screens)
On the board Wifi Connectivity was extremely good all the way Chennai to Madurai
Break fast stop was a pretty decent place
Staff behavior was also very kind, clear and friendly.

It was a complete customer delight package!
