I purchased laser hair removal about a year ago and recently went in for a touch up. I waited for almost 45min AFTER my scheduled appointment to meet with the doctor who would be doing the touch up. I was dismayed to learn that Tamara is no longer there and now all laser hair would be done by the doctor. Tamara would give you a certain price if you came back w/in a year of treatment for touch ups, however, I was informed they would honor that this time but moving forward they would not guarantee that price. That is disappointing especially after spending thousands of dollars there to get the first set of initial treatments. I was in the office getting the treatments which felt rushed and I honestly feel the doctor did not get all the spots of regrowth. Very disappointed in the direction the practice is going. So good thing while they kept me waiting for my appointment I found Bahia Beauty which has excellent reviews. I was treated by them yesterday. The prices are better, staff is friendlier, and most important I was not kept waiting for long at all. I started my treatment immediately after the doctor did her consult and I honestly am only upset that I hadn't went to them sooner.
