I give one star because that is the lowest you can go. I had two brand new units installed at my place of business one year ago today during the build-out. The total cost was over $10,000. They have never worked to my satisfaction. I have placed service call after service call. I was asked to buy
a thermometer and send them pictures to prove that the thermostat was faulty - this was after they moved it and left a gaping hole in the wall for months. In fact, the units perform so poorly I hired another company to come in and make sure they were new units. They are new units, however, several shortcuts were taken in the installation that will shorten the life of the units. I notified Gemini and asked them to correct the problems but to this date I don't know that it has been corrected since I can't get on the roof to check fan belts, drain connections, etc. I can't say how disappointed I am with this company and with my general contractor for hiring them. Once again today I am waiting for service with a thermostat that reads 68 degrees but the humidity inside is closer to 80%. Since my business caters to children and their parents the environment is very important. When your clients ask if the air conditioner is out again you know you have a problem. I highly recommend you use someone else.
