I wrote B M O a letter months ago about my end of life account.I never heard back from them.My question was that in may my account was paid up a 9000.00 pay out when i died. since i am still living after and the account is paid up ,I asked could they lower my monthly payment of 53.40 a month. At 79 and living on a fixed income it would really help me. They didn't think my question was important i guess . Never answered me back.
