Poor customer service, ratty interior. Not clear this is one business. We were abruptly halted today by a water guy while trying to enter spa. Needed a gift certificate. He wanted us to wait for receptionist who was gone for unspecified time. Finally someone showed but was reluctant to describe what we'd get for $150 or show us facility. No thanks.
