The one star is because the valet and bell staff were very friendly. This has to be one of the worst Grand Hyatts. We actually put the number of guests we had, which was 4, and they put us in the smallest room imaginable and charged us extra($50 more a night), yet, they did not give us more/enough towels.The mattresses in the rooms felt as though they were wore out and the pillows were lumpy. The maid staff freshened up our room once during a four night stay. We tried to watch a movie in our room on the last night to help calm down the kids, after 20 minutes on hold with the front desk and an hour and a half later we cancelled the "work order" to see why the movie wouldn't come on. This family friendly hotel has a pool that does not have a shallow end. The water took 15 minutes to warm up in the room. They never added more shower soap or coffee.
